I am comfortable addressing the important contextual aspect of spirituality in my client’s lives and healing process. I believe all religion and spiritual beliefs are sacred and meaningful based on each individual and family’s spiritual values.
Methods & Techniques
I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals. As a therapist, I look to identify the strengths that you have and utilize those to find solutions to the specific problems that you are experiencing.
Coming from a strong and supportive family is what has propelled me into this profession. I feel as though I am called to support those who otherwise feel as though they have no one to turn to. I am a firm believer that we are not meant to go through life alone and I am eager to support you in your journey. I have been in a committed relationship since 2014. I love spending time outside going hiking and camping with my family. I am a big sports fan and love going out to Mariners games during the summer. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places and cultures.
