I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT)

I am comfortable addressing the important contextual aspect of spirituality in my client’s lives and healing process. I believe all religion and spiritual beliefs are sacred and meaningful based on each individual and family’s spiritual values.

What originally inspired me to pursue a career in therapy was my work in residential homes, youth shelters, and detention centers for teens. I realized that locking them up and putting them in a facility created more harm. I felt there was more than that to creating stronger and happier teens and that the problems, and solutions, were often found within the family.

After growing up facing my own challenges with delinquency, family conflict, and substance abuse issues, I am able to offer a unique lens for my clients experiencing similar issues. My experienced struggles and successes have formed my unique expertise as an individual and family therapist. I bring a challenging, yet nurturing, environment for my clients and their families to reach their full potential.
